Full Metal Alchemist (with OC Ciarra)

Ciarra Hughes, is the younger sister of Mases Hughes. As Mases and his close good friend, Roy Mustang, are 29. She is 21. Thus making her 8 years younger then her own brother. Ciarra and Mases come from a richer background, although, Mases does not want to inherit the mansion and riches. So Ciarra is left.
The only female soldier fighting in a "tiny mini skirt" And fighting her way up. Time to set things right for her home country Amestris. And finally live in peace...but that will not come as soon as Ciarra had hoped for.

She must make sacrifices. And soon, the ultimate one. One she never thought she would ever have to make.
Will it be too late to bring peace to the country.
