Whitechapel, 1889. The streets of the impoverished part of London are still filled with fear, months after the body of Mary Kelly was found in her room, carved up by Jack the Ripper. H division have failed to find the monster, and now more women are paying with their lives. So, Sir Charles Warren has decided that the likes of Detective Inspector Edmund Reid, need help, unconventional help. The Chief Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police calling on a woman that has been undercover for the last couple of years, on the dark streets of Whitechapel. A woman that had been disguised as a man and having the moniker of Flash. Her main role, to keep an eye on the subversives, that found homes in the dark heart of the capital. But now is the time to stop pretending. Now is the time to be who she really is and prove that a woman is as good as men, when it comes to solving crime.
