An outer god in the world of Percy Jackson, he is a son of Azathoth in the Lovecraft mythos. his Eldritch title is "The Librarian" and his purpose or duty is to record and store All the knowledge in the Boundless.
Ni'all is the boyfriend of Percy Jackson after he and Annabeth broke up. Ni'all and Percy met at a cafe in New York and has been meeting there, Sally Jackson was happy that Ni'all was able to make her son, Percy happier and can provide protection of an Eldritch God. the start of the story begins in Percy's room in his mom's house, Ni'all and Percy laid on the bed when Percy suggested that he should introduce Ni'all to camp half-blood.
