During the Extermination of Hell, one of the Angels Ember questions everything and is stuck in Hell after showing mercy. When Charlie finds an abandoned child on earth she decides to take him back to hell and raise him. Years later he helps his moms run the hotel, but what happens when he crosses paths with the angels.

A few months after Adam's death, Lute is struggling with the fact she might like someone new. Emily thinks Sera is hiding more than she already was.

After the hotel is rebuilt, Charlie finally has time to think about everything that has happened. She starts cracking under the pressure and falling into a deep depression. Everyone in the hotel soon catches on to Charlie's new behavior and becomes worried. Lucifer is scared for his daughter and decides to step in before it's too late.
