once upon a time...

there lived a young lady by the name of Adaline. She had beautiful honey eyes with long brunette hair, an average height of 5'5, and a beaming beautiful smile.

one graceful day, her uncle decided to choose her to venture a lovely trip to her grandmothers house that lays in the middle of the dark woods to deliver some delicious pastries in a basket.

On the other hand, there lived a strong alpha soon to be king, and he went by the name of Hunter. He was a wolf on the hunt for his mate. His name was feared amongst his pack, although it assured safety. He was handsome, with forest green eyes, a grand height of 6'8, and an intimidating figure.

Although, after a few years of looking for his beloved mate, and tragic measures being taken at that. He almost forfeited his heart to another woman he did not love truly.

Doctor Amara looked at me, uncertain if she should speak or not. I gave her a slight glare, warning her to hurry with her words.

"Well...alpha.." She began speaking at a slow pace, absolutely testing my patience. "Alpha, I think you should hear the news from her." She said in an awkward voice, backing away from her responsibility. I growl in a threatening manner, making her jump slightly in the process. "No. she isn't awake to tell me what information you already have, now speak."

She looked at me worried, then began revealing a truth I never wanted to believe.

"Alpha... Your mate is a human."
