Two top students from rival academies with a shared traumatic past, face off in a high-stakes academic competition. As their rivalry intensifies, hidden truths and growing feelings emerge, challenging them to confront their history and discover a deeper connection.

Yelena
I was always a top student at my academy until I transferred. It wasn't just any transfer. My academy wanted me to get some information and made it look like I was kicked out so I could get into the rival academy.
The only problem was Viktor Ivanov.
Also a top student, we had the same major, science and chemistry, which led to a competition.
Getting to know him made me feel good...until I found out what a fucked up past we shared.

Viktor
I ruled this academy as the top student until her. Yelena Katsaros. Her presence has changed everything. I knew her before she came to my academy. I saw through her plan. A top student suddenly transferring with the excuse of being expelled? Bullshit. Being by her side meant everything when I got to know her. I fell in love until I discovered the shocking truth. This was not about competing anymore, but about getting over the past together.

"So this was all just a game to you . . .this whole time, you pretended to like me in order to humiliate me in front of the entire school?" An air of melancholia surrounded me, eyes watery like never before. "Were your feelings for me ever real?" There wasn't even a trace of an apologetic expression on his features as he tucked his hands in his pockets, before he gave a nonchalant shrug. The sudden urge for revenge became a prominent priority. He regarded me passively. "It's not my fault that you fell for me in the first place." he justified as he advanced my way, closing the gap between us. Unstably, I strode backwards on the concrete. ". . .stay back." I whimpered. "You're nothing but cold hearted." ·•● Two years ago, Emery Roy was tragically exposed to what some could call an intense betrayal all thanks to the originator - Dean Darnell. At Arachmere Academy of Elusive Arts, nothing is as it seems. Here, the most gifted students train in elemental magic, mastering powers that can protect or destroy, while rivalries simmer and secrets lurk in every shadow. Ivariana Drakmor, a girl whose abilities defy every rule, arrives at the academy with a past she cannot escape and a destiny she cannot yet comprehend. Alongside her, Mavros, a brooding and dangerous student with powers as lethal as they are mysterious, becomes both her rival and her mirror-reflecting the fine line between ally and enemy. In a world of forbidden magic, hidden prophecies, and unspoken taboos, alliances are fragile, hearts are tested, and every choice carries a price. From secret duels and daring escapes to the thrill of elemental dueling and the pull of forbidden attraction, Ivariana must navigate power, passion, and peril-all while discovering who she truly is, and what she is willing to become. For at Arachmere, not every hero is virtuous, not every villain is cruel, and the threads of fate weave in ways no one could anticipate.
