Tempest

A horrible storm forces Espresso and Madeleine to be trapped in the Institute of Thaumaturgy, surrounded by a deep flood which has taken the streets under water. Phone lines are out, the power shuts off, and the entire city is in such deep trouble it's almost part of the ocean. Their only company? Each other. And their only solution?

To swim through the evacuated streets before the worst part of the storm hits.
