God's will, the cosmic destiny, or whatever sick, twisted divinity watches over him left him behind.
Now he's in deep space, far from home. He doesn't know how he got here, or if he will ever go home again.
All he knows is that he must try to get home. To see his brother.
He WILL see Mario again, or his name isn't Luigi.

Something messed up with the Observatory. Lumas are terrified, and Rosalina despite trying, can't do anything to solve the problem.
