Do things really happen for a reason? Is everything really planned out by a greater force? If this is true, then fate must really have something against Hope.
Hope Myers has been in the dark for far too long. After being held captive for thirteen years, she finally manages to escape. She seeks solace in the only person she remembers from her childhood- her best friend Andrew. With his help and his cousin's beach house, she is able to start over. For once, she can finally be safe.
