While pregnant, Frieza finds himself growing more and more desperate for Cell throughout the months, which leads to him having sex during pregnancy. This is obviously an AU, one that I won't give much info about, but Frieza and Cell are the 3 remaining Junior's parents, and Frieza and Cell were recently married.
