9 year-old Leah has always seemed to have quite a normal life. The same schedule every single day. She seems like the most ordinary person in the world. But she hides a few things: her cosmic power, the allies she's made, and the sharp turn things take when she discovers that humans and animals are not the only species on this planet. Another race has arrived on Earth, that seem to be giant robots fighting a war. When she saves one of them, they forge a bond. She gets to know the Autobots, and they become close allies along with 3 other humans. But when Leah's most beloved partner, Tailgate, gets killed, it changes her life forever. Things change. Leah may have powers... but she never knows what might happen...

Scars and Second Chances

26 parts Ongoing Mature

Scars and Second Chances follows Leah, an 18-year-old grappling with the lingering effects of past trauma and complex relationships. As she navigates her final year of high school, Leah's journey is marked by intense emotional struggles, including the fallout from a toxic relationship and the haunting memories of a manipulative figure from her past. On Valentine's Day, Leah's life takes a turn when she connects with Mars, a boy who resonates with her views on the holiday's superficiality. Their relationship offers her a brief escape from her fractured family dynamics and ongoing personal battles. Yet, as their connection deepens, Leah is forced to confront her traumatic past and the challenges of living with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). The story unfolds through a series of deeply introspective moments and emotional flashbacks. Leah's experiences with Mars, her struggles with school, and the impact of her past trauma with Aaron all converge, revealing the profound ways in which past wounds can affect the present. Leah's quest for healing leads her to confront her fears, rebuild her self-worth, and seek out genuine connections. In a narrative rich with emotional depth and personal growth, Scars and Second Chances explores themes of recovery, self-discovery, and the quest for meaningful relationships amidst the scars of one's past.
