Sans has had an interesting past. A past that even his beloved brother barely even knows of. A past that, despite being so long ago, always finds a way to bite back. A past that defines who he is - but he longs to erase. A past that doesn't let go, it clings to him despite his endless attempts to escape. And when someone finally attempts to uncover the veil, and fails in the process, what happens next?
This book is a complete remake of the original Undertale: Secrets that was made nearly 3 years ago. By remake, I mean that this book takes the general plot of Secrets and basically "tries again". This will reuse elements of the original and cut out the parts I don't like while adding my own new ideas, effectively creating a new book. Whether you liked the original or didn't even read it, I hope you like this!!

This story takes place after the events of the pacifist ending of Undertale, where all the monsters have already left the underground. However, that won't stop problems from starting again; Frisk and his friends will have to face a new threat. DISCLAIMER: This story is based on the fact that the first human fell underground in 2015 and the last in 2060. Here, Deltarune is a sequel to Undertale; therefore, Posttale is not a copy of TobyFox's creation, but an adaptation, or what is also called an "AU." Chara has one objective: RESET back to when they themself fell, and save Asriel from his demise. With all the Genocide Runs the now-free Frisk goes on for them, they're able to amass a big enough collection of SOULs to do exactly that. The only problem is, Asriel remembers everything that happened when he was Flowey. And he isn't too happy about it... In this new timeline, Kelsa, the SOUL of Bravery, falls into the Underground shortly after Frisk. Determined to save her only friend, Kel teams up with a mysterious flower with a face to find them and rescue them from Asriel's notorious freezing chambers. Betrayed by many, and uncertain who to trust, Kel finds herself in the midst of an iron-fist dictatorship, fighting to restore the Underground to the peaceful place it used to be. One day, Sans fell sick. His sickness came out of nowhere and it cannot be cured no matter how many medicines Gaster gave him. Because of the sickness, Sans stayed still on the bed, just laying down or sitting on it under the blanket. The sickness can be seen from his face, half of his white skull was a little bit darker than the rest. Gaster and Papyrus had no idea what kind of illness Sans has, but they decided to take care of him no matter what, hoping that the sickness will soon gone either because of the medicines Gaster gave him, or disappears itself. But when the questions start being asked, what does he do? These questions seem so little, yet they cause so much to happen. One little question. "Who is ??????" can change so much. A chain reaction from a single sentence can cause an entire world to crumble. Or maybe two. This is my first book so dont expect anything great.
