The 75th Annual Hunger Games is starting, meaning there will be a Quarter Quell. Nova, a girl on 12 and Raze, a boy on 18, is the unlucky ones being reaped, and they get Haymitch, Katniss and Peeta as their mentors. Can these three mentors safe one of the kids? Raze is a quick, strong boy from the mines. He quickly shows himself just as skilled in combat as the Careers. Nova is completely different.
