CW: Talk of cancer, death of characters, medical procedures and terminology Anna Venerus has been battling cancer since she was a newborn. After being in and out of remission seven times in 16 years, she got the news anyone dreaded. The cancer was back, and this time there was nothing that could be done. Wheelchair-bound and bedridden, she makes a decision that has her parents at odds. When a fatal car accident leaves her orphaned in the hospital, she meets a doctor that offers her the chance to live out her final weeks in comfort. Upon arriving at Fairlight Hospice, Anna takes a chance when she finds out the girl she shares a room with has been there for close to a year. Strange things start happening soon after she celebrates her 18th birthday a week after arriving, when a mysterious new doctor joins the Hospice. With the other residents, Anna strives to uncover the secrets behind the house and what exactly happened to a girl who claimed to have met a man in the woods who healed her years ago. On the way, they discover something more sinister than a simple healing process. And who is the little girl that keeps appearing only to her?

#908 in Teen Fiction '9/12/2016' #788 in Teen Fiction '18/1/2017' Life could be really tough. It could be sunshine-y and peachy but just like that, it turns upside down and everything falls apart like an avalanche. This is exactly what happened to Alexa Gray. Alexa was the school's sunshine, everyone loved her. Until she was diagnosed with stage 4 Leukemia, and her life went down the hill. She made a promise to herself to make the last 6 weeks of her life unforgettable. So, she makes a deal with the devil- school's badboy- himself; Noah Black. But, as all stories, the Matchmaker has to interfere. A Cancer Diagnosed Girl. A Badboy. And A Bet That Changes Their Lives. ------------------- Started: 14th of May 2016 Completed: 13th of September 2016 ------------------- Cover made by the amazing @Jenikel098 ------------------- DISCLAIMER!! This novel was literally written in 4 months when I was at the age of 14 trying to overcome my obsession with the fault in our stars (yes, I used to read the book at a bare minimum of 3 times per week, if not once daily). I decided to write my own version of it and as you can see, it turned out like this. If you choose to read it and find it silly that is because it's written by a 14-year old. So, please don't write hate comments or anything. Thank you all, have a nice time reading it!
