Leonardo had always thought of Donnie. Either in his spare time or just in general. He didn't think much of it or when he noticed his heart would beat faster when Don was near. Leo knew he was gay but didn't know about Donnie. He always had that mysterious side to him. Leo soon talks to April and found out this feeling was a crush. Leon doesn't think Don will ever see him that way and tried to ignore the feeling. Things were fine until Don got a blood sample from everyone and discovered something that did not help Leo with his secret crush at all. Read to find out more....

April O'Neil: So, you wrote a book... Me: A long-ass book. April: A long-ass book! How did it come about? Me: Well, actually, I was just looking for a xreader story with an adult Donnie, where the female character is strong and independent, doesn't need to be rescued all the time, and isn't a giggling schoolgirl. April: And you didn't find anything? Me: Don't get me wrong, April! There are so incredibly great fanfics and xreader stories out there, and I ate them all up! But I needed a new kick and I wanted something epic, dramatic that involved the mystical powers of the turtles and their further developments. April: And then you started writing yourself? Me: The story came about on its own. In my head. And at some point I just had to write it down, otherwise I would have exploded. With the writing, it didn't become a typical xreader story with the "y/n" in it, because that had irritated me. I know that the "y/n" comes out of an inclusive thought, and I think that's good and right. Unfortunately it blocked me, the heroine in my story was too complex and too concrete, and so I gave it up, even if it was no longer a real xreader story. April: And now you're writing a second book?
