Diagnosed with pneumonia from an early age, Sierra Kyla Ruiz finds living daily life just too hard. Juggling hospital visits and last year of junior high, her life is full of mostly downs and a few ups.

Not until she meets Jeremiah Tyler Guevarra, who teaches her how to hope for a better tomorrow and chase her dreams. 

She was suffering alone, until he came. He was the light of her life. She learned to chase her dreams for a bright tomorrow.

However, just like life, happiness is only temporary.

We talk and laugh and she tells me I'm pretty and I ask her if she'd just noticed that and we laugh again. I realize the feelings I felt in that moment were not just the intense feelings of attraction that I felt every time I was with her. Warmth flooded to my face and if it wasn't for my dark complexion, my blush would be noticeable. I look into her dark-colored eyes and I come to the conclusion that I'm royally fucked and I'm probably also in love.
