If you don't know what kaiju paradise is but don't want to spend time going through the wiki, this book will not make sense for the most part.) All is normal for Xavier, a high school student on Summer break. A man appears at his door, offering a job to him. He politely declines, but the man at the door insists. Yup, it is what it says! Some of these might be a little longer than "short", but I'll do my best to separate stories into more digestible parts if needed. Some but not all of these stories are connected, some may even contradict each other. View each of these stories as a completely separate universe unless they reference another story in this book. Also, I've made a lot of stuff up, you'll see more on that on the headcanons page! Rated mature because of themes of depression/suicide, only present in certain stories, but please stay safe while reading. I will mark stories with content warnings where needed. The Obelus
In 2037, in the middle of nowhere, lies a newly built testing lab, owned by the government. The government is unfortunately corrupted, and has led the whole country into disaster. People are starving, and the whole economy is falling apart. Since the government needs a new way to get out of this terrible situation, they are finding new ways to make money. Fortunately for them, science has blessed them with a new discovery- a new blood type. The people with the new blood type are said to be able to be resistant to most high falls, and also are stronger than the average human being. They are now capturing people with the new blood type, blood type AE positive. You just happen to be one of those people with the rare blood and you drive in an attempt to escape the clutches of the Obelus. Unfortunately, your attempt has failed, and you are now trapped in a cell waiting for testing. You are their newest subject, subject number 43.Complete
