Runa Maximoff was Pietro and Wanda's little sister. Unlike her siblings she didnt get effected by the Mind Stone but Hydra didn't believe that so they did experiments. Those experiments led them to realise she was indeed not effected. They decided that since she was of no use to them with powers they could make her useful in other ways.

They trained her into a bloodthirsty monster. She saw no way out of the torture or the neverending hell until the Avengers showed up at their base and the twins and her siezed rhe opportunity and escaped.

Runa thought that this meant she would be finally be able to live a normal life with her siblings. Thats the funny thing about life it's full of surprises.

All of you volunteered for Strucker's experiments but you were taken away for a few years and Wanda and Pietro were lied to about what happened. You have the same powers as both Wanda and Pietro as well as the similar abilities of a serine and enhanced strength. You also got a bad head injury during the bombing so whenever you don't use proper grammar when speaking english like your siblings that is why.
