Koto-tsu Hoshi: Nobody Rules The World

"The world we live in is a special one indeed, with spectacular and unusual powers that defy science and all understanding and can not be comprehended. They are known as "Traits" and are powered by spirit and personality along with strength and sheer willpower."

"When these powers first entered society, only about 1% of people even had these powers, but that was 500 years ago. Today, that number skyrocketed up to 90% with the number increasing by 0.01% each year."

Koto Seizoku is a normal kid, he lives usually by himself in his apartment, with his Mother busy with her job in Kagoshima.
He's also a person known as an "Ordinary" one of the unlucky 10% of people who didn't get cool powers and is forced to do well... Nothing.

That was until one fateful day:

"I-I have... Powers!?!"

And now with his newfound powers, he can now chase his dream! His dream of self-fulfillment! And being a hero of course hehe...
But who knows where this story will go? The sky's the limit and the world is his oyster! LET'S GO!
