"A time capsule?" Wally asked, to no one in particular, as he looked at the paper that had been given to him by the passing of papers desk to desk. Wally didn't know then, but about seven years into the future, his letter that was put into the time capsule would mean more to him than what he had cared to remember.

Wally didn't have the best time growing up, forgot about a letter written and addressed to himself, and then flubs up telling everyone about a past he luckily isn't part of anymore, and is trying to heal from.
