Being stuck in a zombie apocalypse is hard. Being stuck in a zombie apocalypse with little to no knowledge is even harder.
Bill Cipher wakes up in a lab with no knowledge to his prior life, only small bits and pieces. He can tell that there's something wrong, everyone is acting weird and ignoring him. Stores and shops are ransacked and lacking food and supplies. Just when he was about to move on someone comes his way.
