It's been 12 years since Po saved the universe from Kai the Collector. Now, it is time for Po to choose a new Dragon Warrior so he can take Oogway's place as the Spiritual Leader of the Valley of Peace.

No one is more eager for the title than 16-year-old Huo, who wants to prove himself to the pandas and everyone that wolves are good for more than crime. When the opportunity comes to travel to Juniper City to take down an evil sorceress, Huo is more than happy to go. But the young wolf quickly learns that he might've bitten off more than he could chew.
