Hogwarts seems to have a person who has Been "pranking" people. The teachers have no idea who it is. The golden trio are curious to know who it is after seeing a boy with green hair and spelled to speak in song form. Will they figure it out?
Draco Malfoy doesn't like how his fellow Slytherins are being treated. He would understand if he was the one who was being targeted by the hexes and the fake confessions and the bullies. So he takes matters into his own hands and starts to gain a name. The staff at Hogwarts get annoyed and all people can figure out is that it's a Slytherin. Will he be found out.

James is alive and lily is dead. Sirius still ends up in Azkaban for "killing Peter and the muggles."

Voldermort is Gone Tom Riddle is Here
3th Year for Draco Malfoy Voldermort rose but, the process didn't go as planned. Instead the remnant of soul still in the Diary of Tom Riddle with Lucius Malfoy once more rises instead and the deformed Voldermort dies right before Potter's eyes and escape leaving the Death Eaters in chaos and Potter believing Voldermort is dead along with Dumbledore. Totally confused, Lucius Malfoy and the Death Eaters now serve the 16 year old Tom Riddle, while at Hogwarts, the stupid Werewolf Lupin is teaching again to the annoyance of the Slytherins, Dumbledore and Lupin begins to suspect something is terribly wrong with Draco Malfoy when he appears a month into the school year with large bruises on his wrist and neck however, he refuses to say anything. Tom Riddle, is deep at work. He must infiltrate Hogwarts, but for that he needs trustworthy teen followers. Meaning those his own age, and Draco Malfoy is where he starts. Knowing that Draco is in desperate need of a friend, is easily manipulated as the boy has been abused by Lucius for several years, he orders Lucius to start bringing Draco to his childhood home, which is actually the home of Aver Jr, in an attempt to gain the boy's trust, unwavering loyalty, more than his father. He also wishes to trick Albus Dumbledore into believing that he's a harmless descendant of Tom Riddle/Lord Voldermort and get into hogwarts and start his plan to get revenge.
