Ice and Shadows (MxM)

With a slight lift of his hand, Adrian drew small snowflakes from the sky above. He knew his lover was close, but this would signify his own presence. There was no need to call for each other.

Jet black swirls of mist began to circle his feet. Slowly, hands made of the magical essence embraced Adrian. Around his waist, caressing his face, through his hair, causing a small grin to come to his face. These hands were of Noah, yes, but not Noah himself.

Fear did not dare to creep into Adrian's mind as the inhuman arms encircled him. Though this type of magic would grip others' hearts in terror, Adrian knew all too well that darkness and evil were not mutually inclusive.

Light footsteps approached from behind, and soon the essence surrounding Adrian was replaced with Noah's own arms. Adrian leaned into his touch, grasping the muscular arms surrounding his waist.

Noah trailed kisses across Adrian's neck, causing butterflies to erupt in the winter sprite's stomach. Adrian turned, and placed his hands on either side of Noah's face. The taller of the two reveled in his darling's frigid touch.

Adrian looked up at Noah, admiring his dark irises that stared back lovingly. Noah's eyes were black, with flecks of grey mixed in. A strand of his dark hair had fallen onto his face. He was darkness, in and out. As if a polar opposite, Adrian's light cerulean pools complimented his light blonde hair that outwardly showed his icy interior.

Noah leaned down to brush his lips against Adrian's.

"My winter," Noah whispered.

"My night," Adrian replied with a smile.

No matter the conflict they would face; one thing would remain.

They would stay as one.
