Avenged

(before Age of Ultron) {[WARNING: SPOILERS IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN THE FIRST AVENGERS MOVIE!!!!!]}
(Also sort of like my own version of Iron Man 3, however the original version belongs to Marvel, as well all of the characters except for Alesa Sare)

After the Avengers had finally united and saved the world, they had all gone their own ways to take care of personal matters, then are to report back at the Stark Tower. Bruce Banner is already there with Tony, doing a lot of meditating and science experiments after almost killing Natasha. Thor had to deal with his deceitful brother, Loki before meeting up with the others. Steve Rogers, Clint Barton and Natasha Romanov are helping out S.H.I.E.L.D. until needed to answer summons for the full Avengers group.
But what does Tony Stark do?
After his near-death experience with the Wormhole, that memory and the Afghanistan cave (from Iron Man one) have begun to haunt him. He believes that he's a liability, vulnerable to getting kicked off the team. He's constantly having haunting nightmares and flashbacks (and PTSD). While Pepper Potts is far away as CEO for a business trip, he feels extremely lonely. He's tempted to confide in Banner, but decides to try dealing with it and hide his emotions like he usually does. What he needs is a new friend, who understands what he's going through, beside an Avenger.
What he needs is a girl named Alesa Sare, who has special powers and is going through something similar as his problems. She was on the run from the military, who wanted to use her as a weapon, when Natasha ran into her (almost literally) and brought her to S.H.I.E.L.D headquarters. As Alesa fits in with the Avengers and befriends them, she attracts the attention of both Tony Stark and Bruce Banner. How the heck is this supposed to be solved?
