This story starts on s3e9, when Chen Admits feelings for Bradford as a prank. What if she had just worded it slightly different and what if he panicked and just spit out that he liked her back? What if in response she never told him It was a prank. Would this put strain on a potential relationship at a later point? LMK if you like this, and I'll continue! If yall like it I'll probably update it a lot cuz I have a lot of free time on my phone :)

This is what I imagine (want) to happen straight after season 6 ended (Aaron is still in the story despite him having confirmed he won't be in season 7), focus on Chenford, slow burn. The Oscar/Jason storyline is incorporated from season 6 but not Monica. Lucy sets out to prove herself again as a good cop after her disaster with the detective's exam. Will the awkwardness between Chenford be resolved? Or will it all come to a head?
