Tighnari is a forest ranger, who's post is located deep within Avidiya Forest's depths. And Cyno, the general mahamatra for the Akademiya, travels through Sumeru's collection of searing hot deserts.
Their positions are different in many ways, but that doesn't stop them from being so close.
However, where Tighnari sees a loyal friendship- Cyno hopes for something more.
However... Cyno knows that Tighnari is passionate about his work; and that nothing breaks a forest ranger's will.

One day, a certain mishap results in her getting transferred to the Amurta Darshan and being outsourced to Gandharva ville for 'hands on research'. You scoff at this, knowing the Akademiya was just looking for a way to kick you out. But out of all the places to go, why Gandharva Ville?? The Amurta Darshan was by far the most boring one to you. You couldn't care less about some mushrooms or random worms. But to your surprise, you learn that the Amurta can be extremely unforgiving at times, and undergo some of the most life-altering experiences in the forest, even getting dragged into the cruel desert sands at one point. Along the way, you meet a certain sassy yet kind-hearted, fluffy-eared man who teaches you to see the world from a new perspective...and you even catch a few feelings along the way.
