Etta Jones is an American teenager who lives in California. She attends "Carmel high school" with her best friend Olly. Etta's life is pretty 'normal', of course she has her own problems and everything, but she goes to school, lives in a nice house, have friends, is both social and unsocial at the same time. She likes her life.
But one day, everything changed. On this day, someone broke into the school during the day with a gun and started to shoot people.
We follow Etta's story before, during and after the attack.
