Rook island has always been a place where tourists would go. Whether they landed on the white sand beaches after skydiving, or drove in by boat to snorkel. Unfortunately, these tourists never left the island, not without consequences. The government of Indonesia was well aware of the island, as well as any ship captains that had the misfortune of crossing it on their journeys. Two months ago, a group of friends made the mistake of landing there and had not been heard from since. That's when Naomi Drake knew, he was still there. Vaas Montenegro was known by all who surrounded Rook Island, his psychotic methods and ties to the drug cartel gained him fame in the eyes of the government, yet no one would dare try to capture him. After much persuasion, Naomi was able to get herself a ride to the island. For the first time in history, someone was happy to be caught by the notorious pirate king.
