Had he learn about the truth, he swore to accept whatever it is. Whether it is about him, his mother or his family, it doesn't really matter. What's the matter now is, he want to keep his family safe.
That was why he regressed in the first place.
Quietly and stealthily.
That's how he want things to be done. He did not wish to be found, or else, he'll put his family in terrible danger... again.

Maybe if he did things differently... Maybe he wouldn't be standing here again. In front of a grave. No. It wasn't 'A grave ' anymore. Not anymore. There was a beautiful and unusual tree on a hill in the Henituse territory. It wasn't a regular tree with green leaves but a more mystical one, with vibrant red leaves. There was no other tree with that shade of red in the entire western continent. Not until a seedling sprouted right next to it. ( This is happy ending but only for ogcale no happy ending for Deruth🤗) Note - it's a fanfic , no character or the cover is mine, They are from the novel trash of the count's family by yoo ryeo han . But God of Death and the other gods has other plans for him and decided on their own to send him back to his original world as "compensation" that Cale never asked for. He was sent back along with his powers and everything else that belonged to him.. but not his family... Returning, Cale finds out the place he once knew had changed, the apocalyptic world, was safer and less wrecked.. despite there still be monsters, it felt different... Still, Cale decided he WILL live a normal, lazy life no matter what comes his way. Even if one day he encounters a strange man who keeps bickering him to do something dangerous such as joining his guild! Billos Flynn. Nobody suspected him to be one of the hunters that are after the redhead hero's life. They trusted him, and so did Cale. What Cale expected was the afterlife, or probably meeting that God of Death bastard but not this. He looked up, the sky was painted blue with a small amount of sunlight seeping in through the gaps. Below him, the ground was a little dirty and muddy perhaps however it was rather dry for a well. And there was a rotting body at the bottom of the dried-up well. "Ha... What is it this time, just what am I supposed to do here?" or Cale died and was sent to TBOAH's world when he found the dead body of the eighteen-year-old Cale Henituse in a well. Since the original's body could no longer be used, he became a spirit stuck to the well and was unable to get out of it. A few of the chapters might have more angst.
