50 Years ago, a colony planet named Rubicon-3 was home to an important resource energy known as "Coral. A mysterious substance that was used dramatically in humanity's advances on communications and technological capabilities, however... it all changed when a catastrophic event known as The "Fires of Ibis" that engulfed not only the planet... but the surrounding stars in flames and storms, forming a Burning Star System.

Decades after the fires, the Coral has suddenly resurfaced on the colony planet that has been closed and sealed off by the rest of humanity... Now, Rubicon today is in the middle of war between corporate factions seeking the Coral substances, colonist descendants fighting for the liberation of their home planet and a planetary enforcement government intend on keeping the planet remained closed and preventing the corporate bunch from seeking the Coral substance.

Follow the perspective of two hounds sent to Rubicon 3 in search of the Coral substance while under the command of their Handler, overseeing their actions as independent mercs, working for both sides until... it leads into the only path, that would fulfill their usefulness.
