"You seem upset about that."

"I'm not sure if I like being different,"

"You realize you're only different with me, right? And I'd never judge you for it." Barry's expression softened as he brushed Logan's hair from his forehead. "I think it's a privilege to see this side of you. I really like it," he confessed, his thumb gently stroking Logan's cheek.

Logan hesitated, his eyes meeting Barry's with a mix of uncertainty and curiosity.

Their gazes lingered before Barry leaned in, capturing Logan's lips in a kiss. It was a moment that seemed to suspend time, and for Logan, it was a revelation.

In that kiss, he realized his heart had found its true home.

He kept on staring at me but I ignored him, at least I tried to. He was sitting right beside me and although I was looking at the board I still could glimpse his form facing me, he seemed to be looking at my lips. I wasn't able to take it any more. I slowly turned to him, he was indeed staring at my lips. "What??" I ask feeling self cautious as I fought the thought of wiping off my mouth. He slowly licked his lips and said, " nothing" as he shook his head " your lips ... they just look so kissable" he added slowly and calmly after a while causing my heart to overreact, my eyes went wide and my mouth to turn into a forbidden smile. "What?" I asked as I tried to give him a weird look but I couldn't stop smiling, the forbidden smile seemed to be taking over my entire face, slowly but surely. This book is in the point of view (P.O.V) of the main character (first person) with an exception of chapter 1 which is told by the narrator (second person) { Book 2 - Revealing Secrets https://my.w.tt/bF5lujvGo2 } When this book was reviewed by yours truly it was summed up to 50 chapters. Sorry if you find some of the chapters a bit too short . Lol.

I honestly did but when I was alone, I seemed to fall apart. Endless serenades of how worthless I'd been and how destructive I was; I was a disappointment to literally everyone and I hated it. My breathing became shallow as I cried for the second time that day, finally feeling content being immersed in guilt. A shudder wracked through my body, tears escaping and Paul pulled me closer as he woke silently. Mumbling soft nothings against my skin and kissing it to slow my breathing, he tried to lull me to sleep, "It's okay, you're okay." Refusing to speak -my voice failing me- his arm came up to wrap around my shoulder and I held him there, placing a small kiss to his tattooed skin in a broken sign of gratitude, I must've run out of tears. And I felt at ease.
