Parker Simmons is just another teenage girl trying to make it through her high-school years alive. With abusive parents, no friends, and peers who treat her like a pathetic punching bag, she feels like she has nothing to live for. But one day, when a mysterious boy comes into her life, Parker finds not only a purpose, but a friend.
