Peter and Laura meet at 16 years old, both struggling with their respective issues. Although they have a slow and rocky start, they reconcile and begin to develop a strong, cherished bond they go to great lengths to keep secret over the course of the next two years. Once they become legal adults, the two take things to the next step whilst aiding each other with their struggles.

When Peter and Laura met, it wasn't a disaster like many would think. When he actually asked her out, nobody expected her to say yes. The relationship between two seemingly polar opposites was rather unorthodox and complicated from the outside, but they seemed happy. Unfortunately, such a dynamic can carry such trivial complications, both internal and external. But what happens when those complications start turning serious?
