''And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who couldn't hear the music.''

Delilah Ramos has been left behind her whole life. By her friends, her family, her brother, and the love of her life, who left for Hollywood before she could confess her feelings. Now, in adulthood, she is only just starting a happy life, mainly focused on herself.

Jackson Rose had his teenage years ripped away from him after his band was signed to a record label and he was forced to move to Los Angeles. The debauchery of Hollywood, which was initially quite fun, has slowly been driving him insane. When he runs into an old friend, the younger sister of the singer in his band, things don't seem to be so bad after all.

But Delilah and Jackson didn't receive the dream of young couple. Not with three thousand miles, an overprotective brother, and strict dating rules in between them. When the sparks of their youth begin to light again, Delilah and Jackson are forced to keep a secret relationship held together only by the threads of love.

It seems that all odds are against them; true star-crossed lovers. But, as Delilah and Jackson slowly learn, love always finds a way.
