Rey thinks it is all a fairy tale, but after entering a new and confusing world, Rey is faced with some hard truths:

One: she is not human.
And two: she just so happens to be the missing daughter of the villain of the story.

Already struggling to survive, Rey is thrown into a caste with dark secrets and an even darker but handsome general. She must overcome the challenges set before her and make a choice. Will she join the dark side or go back to the people she has known all her life?

And is the dark side really evil, or can the light be a deceiver?

*** This is a fan story in the world of "A Court of Thorns and Roses *** The original book series by Sarah Maas created a world I fell in love with. This series inspired me very much, but by book two- honestly the sotry kind of lost me. I began envisioning how I would write this story, how I would play all the characters, and that's what this is. It's probably more self-serving than anything, but maybe you will enjoy it too. There are tons of major changes to the plot and characters. Some I don't even plan to include.
