Follow Tiber Everett, The Dragonchild.
Sent away from his home as the ancient curse that runs in his family has now befallen him.

The seventeen-year-old Tiber goes to a school for magic where he will will learn to control his powers whilst also growing as a young man.
He meets with his fellow students who might not all like him, or some even more than he thought.

But danger lurks on the horizon, his ancient curse, will he be able to break it? Or will he be another victim like the rest of his family?

They meet the water dragon Mirrorglow who takes them to the mystical underwater world of Wyr'anthos. They learn of the Qrill, evil crab-like warriors who have kidnapped her son Nightfire and are holding him prisoner. And they set out to invade the Qrill citadel and rescue him before they can put their evil plans into operation. It is a short story, the first one I wrote for my children. I have given it a bit of a tweak. This is the first part... enjoy (hopefully)

I know that he is not scared to shoot if I didn't do as I'm told but I really didn't care if he shot me but then I remember the girl that is still behind me, that he doesn't know about. "You got to the count of three!" 'What to do, what to do, what to do!?' I say in my head "One!" 'Think! Think! Come on brain!?' "Two!" 'Come on!?....wait I know what to do...' "Three..." ~ Nova is the only dark ocean blue cat prodigy left. She acts normal in the monster/prodigy/human world. Ever since her family died. She became Nightmare, a criminal. No one knows who she is, not even her friends, but that is all going change. Come along as these friends meet and help others. (I will do a remake later on, I was going to remake this story to make it, make more sense but it was to funny because of the mess up of my younger self.
