Darkness (Season 17)
(This takes place after crystalized) (I count Uncharted as a season so that's why it's 17) When the ninja defeat the Overlord along with help from all of Ninjago, they are finally at peace. As they help to clean up the mess, they hear of rumors, saying that there is a new darkness from the Dark Island that they have not been to in years. They decide to go alone, without Master Wu, P.I.X.A.L, or anyone. When they get there, they soon realize that it was more serious than they thought. The island was blocked off, and as the ninja realized that they were going to have to fight harder than ever before when they meet the princess, daughter of the Overlord. She and her army steal the ninja's powers and lock them up. The ninja try to escape, but have bigger issues when Lloyd's oni form starts to hurt his health. Can the ninja save Lloyd, get out of the palace to stop the princess, all on their own, without their powers?

[You don't have to be much of anyone to be a hero] Melody Elodie Rivers is a normal girl living a normal life on Earth. As Kai's time as a ninja, he always heard these comments and he couldn't do anything about it so he has to bottle his feelings whenever people say this. One day when he was on a mission with Cole to save some adventurous that got stuck in a narrow cave a disaster struck on Kai. After the mission Cole got all the thanks and Kai got none, Cole was the only one who truly understood what happened. A balance between two contrasting factors that will always clash. Neither one can overpower the other, or else peace will vanquish. In our universe, there's balance between dreams and nightmares. We represent dreams, and fight for a safer tomorrow. Our enemies represent nightmares, and fight to take away our peace. As long as there's this balance, our universe can exist. And now, we know of another universe out there. The balance in this one, it's also between good and evil. The good in this universe, represents light. And the bad in it, represents shadow. Those who represent shadow, they come in all sorts of forms. But those who represent light, they are all elemental masters. These elemental masters know something else, which is called Spinjitzu.
