In the end of crystalized, Harumi helped defeat the overlord after finding out who really took her parents away from her.

And so, it became Harumi's ultimate mission to regain their trust. 
After the mission succeeded, everything went downhill with her and Lloyd because of an evil entity that came back yet again.
