Nira and Keir have been together since she summoned him in high school and their souls bonded. He resisted at first but when her soul called, he answered.
Today Nira works in the library a walks away from her apartment where Keir visits her regularly but he can't stay in the human world indefinitely and she can't visit his world at all.
