It was the summer of 1977 in the small town of Arrow Rock, Missouri, where a group of four sixteen year old's decide to make the most of the break, despite their troubled lives. Each of them have their own struggles at home, and dread living in the lonely, dead beat town, excited to leave some day. Boredom strikes and they end up causing lots of fun mayhem around, making up for the things they've missed out on in the life. Will they all become closer to each other?
