This is the story of the daughter of Naira and Karthik, AKSHARA GOENKA, a beautiful innocent simple girl who loves music and is so passionate about herself and is trying to get her sister love again but faced so many harsh realities and is deeply hurt. On the other hand there was a boy son of Manjari and Harshwardhan, ABHIMANYU BIRLA, A hot handsome heart surgeon (doctor), an ambitious man who loves music. Abhimanyu fell in love with Akshara's melodious voice. Soon they got married and abhimanyu showered immense love on her that all the past deeds has vanished from her life and she began her fairytale with the doctor she fell in love.
