Love gives our two main characters another chance in another chapter of their love story..Fate decides to reunite both London and Mace despite their differences in lifestyle and personalities.We see in the previous story how these two overcome the obstacles that were against their relationship but unfortunately one thing hindered them from being together.."LOVING THE ENEMY".. London and Mace were enemies for a good amount of time even though they were both in love with each other..a lot of past trauma that they both went through especially London's past made their relationship a bit toxic and gruesome and things either became violent or heinous..but at the end of it all despite their crazy antics and shenanigans..they always find their way back to each other.
Unfortunately, London's guilt did not leave her and she continued to blame herself for being a danger to Mace and she became more and more insecure as soon as she became pregnant.
In the first part of the devil's maiden.. London had a lifetime mission of avenging her family's death and within a long period of time she got what she wanted and also got what she didn't want which was Mace.
She had no idea that she would fall in love with him and now she's still in disbelief that she's left him for good.
