In the kingdom of Eldoria, Prince Marcus, bound by the strict traditions of royalty, is known for his somber demeanor and adherence to protocol. Across the kingdom, Isabelle, a talented painter with a heart full of sunshine, captures the beauty of the world on her canvas despite her humble origins.
Their paths collide when Marcus seeks refuge from the pressures of palace life in the small village where Isabelle resides. Despite their differences in status, they find themselves falling deeply in love, unable to resist the magnetic pull between them.
However, the kingdom's laws forbid a royal marriage to a commoner, and their blossoming romance faces fierce opposition from Markus' family and advisors. Despite their love, Marcus is torn between his duty to the throne and his love for Isabelle.
In a heart-wrenching decision, Marcus sacrifices his own happiness for the stability of the kingdom, breaking Isabelle's heart in the process. As they part ways, their love remains a forbidden dream In the end, Marcus is forced to fulfill his duties as prince, while Isabelle's health deteriorates, leaving her with little time left. Their love remains unfulfilled, and as Isabelle succumbs to her illness, Marcus is left heartbroken and alone, forever haunted by the memory of their brief but intense connection.

I sigh, sitting next to him. "You know that you don't have to do this. I can go buy my own dresses."
