One wouldn't think a star would be stolen. In fact, one might even consider a star to be one of the only things that can't be stolen-but one would be very, very wrong. When Silver is taken from his home and thrown into a motley crew of adventures, he soon learns that everything he thought he knew (like whether or not stars could be stolen) is very, very wrong.
