A young girl and boy both die and are reincarnated into a video game. But, when they find out that their roles are the villain and villainess destined for doom, the two take measures to change the game and avoid that fate.

Katarina and Katarinus Claes are the only biological son and daughter of a duke. One day, the twins both hit their heads so hard that they remember their past lives, during which the siblings played a game very similar to their lives now.

Katarina and Katarinus are now antagonists of the otome game and they know every possible outcome. With their knowledge of the game, the twins try to avoid their own respective routes that will end with their deaths, exile, or worse.

Will their knowledge save them? Along the way, many characters (both good and bad) will become attracted to Katarinus and they'll either try to win his heart or make the young duke theirs, forever.
