BOOK 2. Zhao Yunlan is a successful detective and has been blind from birth, and is attacked on his way home from a night out but someone steps in and saves him and runs off. Shen Wei is a university lecturer in Architectural Technology and lives with an android he designed as his personal assistant and care taker. He has nightmares almost every night since childhood about his past lives which include Yunlan and he finally gets to meet him and find out that the dreams are real. Some of the events in the dreams are related to parts of 'Love Never Dies' and are seen from different viewpoints. There is, romance, mystery, humour, tears, kidnapping and fun.

A crime Weilan story. The English is still bad, but give it a try, you may even like it, mistakes and all. I don't own Guardian, which belong to the amazing Priest.

After one of his meetings he is arrested as a fraud when a woman is robbed of her savings and he spends the night in a cell. He is released the next morning when his lawyer comes to collect him. From then on, he learns about his destiny but he has kept his health problems a secret which could change everything. Zhao Yunlan doesn't believe in anything that he can't see or touch and it drives a wedge between him and the one he cares for while he learns about Wei's illness.

This is fully a work of fiction created only to entertain, I don't own Guardian the novel, rightfully owned by Priest or the drama version.

One story is partly an illusion, while the other is very real and when they merge, life changes for both of them. As the story continues, it follows Yunlan's life as a negotiator for the police, and Shen Wei as a tutor and new host for Black Robe. They suffer pain, have injuries, experience love, and learn what it's like to live in the shadow of Black Robe.
