My fingers slid down his frangible ribs, subconsciously counting each one. I stared upon his scrawny figure. My hatred had quickly turned into guilt and embarrassment. The taste of my salty tears filled the corners of my lips; I had really been standing here for twenty minutes now. This is a collection of short stories centered around soulmates. Each story has its own characters, with their own conflicts, romances, hopes, and dreams. Although these stories are in no way connected to each other, I'm hoping I can touch on a little bit of everyone's worlds--from heterosexual relationships to transgender people to non-binary gender identification and everything in between (bear with me, I will do my best to research these and if something is wrong let me know because I want to understand other people's worlds). A reader suggested a story idea to me. I hadn't really thought of making short stories/one chapter stories when I first started writing. However, I cannot deny the truly adorable potential it has (along with a little spice if we're now really honest with ourselves). So, I will compile requests and see where this takes us. This will be reader insert one shots. I do not own the characters but these stories are my own (and some based on reader requests)

COMPLETED BOOK I was trained to be a weapon for the kingdom. I was forced into servitude to the King after my family was ripped from me. My new life was covered in the blood of my family...and now I had to protect the royal family who ordered my parents' death. They're all monsters, except for him...he was my charge and as much as I wanted to hate him, the prince was nothing like his vicious father. He was a warm light in my cold and dark world. I was supposed to be controlled, cold, calculating and deadly, but he made me crave freedom, warmth and all the things I thought died with my family. I no longer knew my path...but I knew it led to him. ****** Don't hesitate to let me know what you think of my book or if you see grammatical errors/plot holes! *16+ is recommended...sex is implied but not described (I came up with that little rhyme while I was brushing my teeth this morning!) and there are scenes of violence.

I saw these great prompts in @LuckyBugBooks 's Flumptober book, so I've decided to try my hand at the challenge! I'm a little nervous, cuz this is my first time doing something like this, but I'm mostly excited because this sounds like a lot of fun!
