Artemis Jones was, in a word, awkward. She has never quite fit in with the world around her. I suppose it really isn't her fault, though. Her Father raised her by himself and isolated her from the rest of the world. He was a very well-known Professor at Harvard, smart, handsome, kind to his students, to everyone, except Artemis. He homeschooled Artemis until she was old enough to attend college. His lessons were hard and sometimes cruel, but outside of teaching, he never spoke a word to her. She worked at the college library, attended her classes, and kept to herself. Until one day, she met Brad. He was handsome and a smooth talker, and she fell for his tricks. He saw her as the perfect target, young, pretty, and naive. After three years of abuse, and the death of her father, Artemis knows she needs to get out of there, she needs a fresh start. She finds a job opening in Tobinville, Louisiana for a librarian and takes the job. She packs a bag, empties her bank account and leaves without a word. When she reaches the town, things start getting very strange, but Artemis has never felt more at home. This story contains ghosts and other supernatural beings. He knows that he's not from Monarch and stuff, but he can't remember where he is from. But, over time Artemis gains more and more of his powers. He even starts to remember. Then... THEY come... Shino is a normal high school boy who was hoping for a peaceful summer break. He then sees 4 guys nobody else can see. He suddenly wakes up in the middle of nowhere all by himself, and has no idea what's going on. He runs into weird people that claim to be demi-gods. He's apparently one too. He learns that he too is a child of the god, Horus. Once the school year starts up again, [redacted] wants him to go find their child. With what little information he has, Shino goes off to Monarch Academe to go find their child. Then... THEY come... NEW CHAPTER POSTED WHEN I HAVE THE CHAPTER WRITTEN

Artemis lost everything, her home, family and everything she knew. In this dystopian story, Artemis will find friends, hunters, love, adventure, and far more than she bargained for: the Dalivimr terrorists plotting against the government; but is that such a bad thing?
