What the Night Knows

7 części W trakcie Dla dorosłych

Lavender thought she knew the man she was going to marry. A weekend getaway to the mountains was supposed to be a romantic escape-just her and Dominique, away from the noise of the city and the weight of the world. But the deeper they drive into the forest, the more unease begins to creep in. The locals look at Dominique like he's something unnatural. The woods feel too still. And when something inhuman darts across the road, their quiet weekend begins to unravel. That night, their cabin is attacked-and Lavender learns the truth. Dominique is not who he says he is. He never was. And now, she must face a terrifying question: Can you still love someone once you've seen the monster beneath the skin? As Lavender fights to understand the truth about her fiancé-and herself-she finds that love doesn't always die. Sometimes, it just gets thirsty.
